Sunrise Sprinkle

I hear the cracking of limbs that snap like bone. Acorns pitter patter as the shells slap of the tin roof. No soft cushion to break its fall, it rolls seeking a home where it can grow. Crows caw signals the rain is almost past. Whistles breaking through changing the tone. Morning shower not yet history, the worlds creatures stretch forth their life. While butterflies lie and wait to spread wings in the sky.

As swift as in entered into this quiet city town, its swept away. For this too shall pass, just like my morning respite. Sunrise sprinkle evaporates releasing the state bird to feast upon lifes blood. Mosquitoes chase me away into where they shall not pass. Behind these stone walls I am safe from the assault, but already my soul sings and longs to hear natures calls.

Thank you so much for letting me share my morning with you. May beauty and peace find you well.

Blessed be. Namaste. One Love.
